• The App detects body positioning using Apple’s Vision framework.
• The App verifies squat depth and form in real time.
• The App provides audio and visual feedback when the target squat depth is reached and the squat is considered valid.
• All processing happens directly on your device.

• The App is intended for informational and fitness assistance purposes only.
• The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• You should consult a qualified professional before beginning any new exercise program.
• You assume full responsibility for your physical activity and safety while using the App.

3) Acceptable Use

• You may use the App only for lawful, personal purposes.
• You may not misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its operation.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App or any part of it.

4) Intellectual Property
